IPTN Launches Global Physio Directory

In a major step toward transforming global access to physiotherapy, the International Physical Therapy Network (IPTN) officially launched its Global Physio Directory on April 10, 2025. This digital platform allows patients, clinics, hospitals, and organizations to search for and connect with certified physiotherapists and accredited rehab facilities around the world.

The directory includes detailed professional profiles, clinic information, areas of specialization, languages spoken, and certification status. Patients can search by country, city, or specialty, making it easier than ever to find the right care, even while traveling or living in underserved regions. IPTN's verification process ensures only licensed and qualified professionals are listed, giving users peace of mind and confidence in the services they access.

This project aims to bridge the gap between patients and care providers, especially in developing countries where access to reliable physiotherapy can be limited. IPTN President Dr. Kareem Sulaiman stated, "This directory is a leap forward in our mission to build a unified global network. It gives visibility to professionals and ensures patients don’t have to guess who to trust."

Clinics and professionals are encouraged to register and complete verification through IPTN’s online portal. Verified listings receive a digital badge and may be featured in monthly highlights. As of launch, over 1,200 professionals from 38 countries have joined the directory, and the numbers continue to grow daily.
